Convenient traffic light. Enough space to stay safe on the sidewalk while asking the drivers. The cars all turn left on the highway. Right after the traffic light there is space for the cars to stop.

Almost perfect spot towards Saint-Brieuc. Lots of cars at slow speed and a lot of parking space. BUT the wait is sometimes quite long (~45mn) and there are chances that some fellow hitch-hikers had the same idea as you 😉

We were dropped at this spot Sunday afternoon by a frequent driver who told us he usually picks hitchhikers there, and added that all drivers going from Rennes to Paris drive through this spot.
We were a group of 3 so lined up along the exit, used thumb and sign and got picked up relatively quickly to be taken to Paris!
