good spot for paris, great spot for north east in the summer. many cars were full, loads of benelux and german license plates from homecoming holiday go-ers, if you are looking for a ride to paris, better to hunt down plates with 75 than to stand at the entrance to the petrol station. if talking to french drivers ask for direction paris as opposed to paris itself, they might be more likely to give a ride. we saw other hitchers here but they ignored us.―BI

this service station is not too bad if you want to reach the st-arnoult toll. A trick to know if your driver at pont de sevres said he would put you to the toll and did not !―Anonymous
