When going to the motorway, we hitched from there. Not the best place. Enough space to stop but a hard turn just there. If there's no other option, it's still ok...―Anonymous

If you are going to Millau, it is much easier to go up North in the direction of Mendes, and then take the highway with "Millau" cartoon than trying to cross all the Gorges du Tarne. Waited for almost 2hours and less than 5cars passed though. Then I changed of road and got a lift after only 10minutes to the North.―Anonymous
