A lot of cars are just driving nearby.
I had not that much luck, trying to get to Caen.

Best place to hitchhike to Brest or Kumper. Cars can stop just after the roundabout.

best spot in direction rennes. in case of rain you can stand directly under the bridge. BUT: the police might say that the spot is already on the highway, so be careful.

Best spot to the East. If you want to reach villages up from Ar Vro Leon, do not hesitate to hitchhike from here to with the name of your village and one before. Every person going to Ar Vourc'h-Wenn/Bourg-Blanc, Lanniliz, Plougerne, Gwiseni goes by this roundabout before reaching the one of Gouenou !

If going to Rennes/Roazhon or France (Paris, Le Mans, Normandy,...), this is the best spot on the North Coast. Don't hesitate to refuse cars only going to Morlaix/Montroulez. Last time, I even found a car to caen in only 30 minutes !

If i take a train to Brest and I want to reach my hometown, I usely try to be the first to get out of the train and hitch from here. It's a very good option, many cars and many destinations. I also go back from there if I want to reach Penn ar C'hleuz, but you can also go the Kerichen avenue

Never tried this spot, but passed by with my car. This roundabout is better than the first one, due to some beton stuff they put on the right for the first roundabout.

Good to know, I simply did not try to find THE car to Kemper, but reached the others roundabouts of the N265, this works well in both directions.

Remember it's a village with the sea up North (which means, no more traffic). There is not as much traffic as in Plougerne. So don't hesitate to start your hitchin' sessions during rush hours !

If you want to reach the RN12, Saint-Eloi on your board is understandable by the many locals passing by
