Easy by talking in French to ask for N10 (cheaper and few minutes longer)―Anonymous

spent 30 minutes at this spot standing by the advert at the edge of the roundabout, got taken directly to Bordeaux. Not the best spot as drivers don't have much time to consider their decision, but should serve to take you south out of Nantes. We took the 4 to Bourdonniéres and walked there.―brunk

I met another hitchhiker going the other direction here. She went after the gates, I went in front. She arranged the ride for me. Thanks again May!―Anonymous

Awful spot to go to the South and to Pau and even to go Bordeaux. Very few cars are stopping. you could get stuck for a long time easily.―Anonymous

Had à sign Poitiers and nobody took so we decided to up our thumb and someone nice who had nothing to do of their afternoon (bc blocked outside of home) helped us reach the nearest peage. We waited for 2 hours so I would not recommand―Lulin

Nice for taking a ride to the South. There's no péages at Bordeaux's rocade of Bordeaux so it's easy to ask for a stop at some of the "sorties" (exit from A10 - roundabout for leave the car - return to A10.―Anonymous

That's the rocade D10. Easy for taking A10 in every direction (especially North (to Paris) and South (Bordeaux - Spain). There's a traffic light in both directions. Nice spot. Keep hichtmap alive please !! 🙌🏻―Anonymous

Got a ride to Bordeaux within 4 min without a sign. There is place for cars stop.Seems to be great to catch a car that comes from the west and that want to join the A83 going South.

I hitchhiked during holiday season, so there were a lot of cars that were full so I didn't try to ask. After an hour, a car that was going south of Bordeaux to the A63 took me, without a sign.
