A bit of dead gas station. We were in the morning there but very low traffic. But eventually we found a car going to Hamburg and he even took us to hornel kreisel because we wanted to go to berlin

Really good spot. A lot of space. Kreizi amount of traffic and it goes pretty slow. Guy stoped for 3 of us and took us to luneburg

It seemed like a nice spot with everyone for sure going to lauenburg but noone picked us up for a long time. One car stopped was only going couple kilometers but then a really nice woman who with we vibed a lot and took us past her village to launerburg and even to the next edge of the town to take us to good spot to luneburg

It's ok but not many cars stoped and it would be hard for anyone heading Uelzen to see you and pull over. (Still we got a lift to Uelzen)

About every 20 min. there would be somebody stopping. But all went towards Oldenburg or Osnabrück. We (2 guys) were trying to get to Lüneburg. No success…
Cars were coming pretty often but it doesn't seem to be a good spot for hitching.
Cars to Lüneburg probably rather go down the A7. Or maybe walking in the city and trying at the Bundesstraße B75 which also crosses the river Elbe and is pretty close would've been better?

Hitchhiked in a group of three on Easter Monday. This spot can be seen from far away and vehicles can easily enter the parking lot to the supermarket to stop for you. If you want to slow down the traffic flow to give drivers the chance to reflect on whether to take you, you can occasionally press the button at the lights for the pedestrian crossing (best at moments when no cars are approaching ;) )
