Stood next to the traffic light with a sign, seemed kind of hard to get a ride but after only 20 minutes a driver stopped at the mc Donalds and took us to the better sport right before A4. There is also a small gas station right next to it but very little traffic on Sunday―princessescharming

The last station before Polish-German border. The are some Polish cars but we didnt have a luck trying get ride to Poland. There is also a few mostly Polish trucks but they all going west. In the end we get a ride to Zgorzelec while standing on the crossroads with a sign.―Anonymous

tried it for over an hour with a Dresden sign. Was brought to the next gas station next to A4 within 5 minutes without sign. Lots of traffic towards Niesky so if you want to go to Berlin consider hitchhiking over Cottbus rather than Dredsen.―Anonymous

Traffic to Berlin, A4 (Dresden, Poland) and Görlitz. Hitchhiked without a sign and a man brought me to the other side of Niesky. If you are ok with town hopping in the direction Berlin its a good spot.Saturday afernoon
