It was an awful place for me. Waited around 4 hours for someone to give me a ride (tried both sides, talking to people and just catching by the exit). the place is very run down, there were a lot of people there the whole duration of my stay - however they weren't helpful. I don't know if its just my luck but i definitely wont try to catch from here again―prec

Pretty easy to get a lift to Germersheim from here. When going to Karlsruhe, prepare for some village hopping.20 minutes walking from the town old town of Speyer.
