Autohof Apen-Remels. Lots of locals.There is a big truck parking and a restaurant.
In case you can't get away at all, there is also busses going towards Leer/Groningen and Oldenburg/Bremen who stop here.

Waited there at night and quite a lot of cars ignored me, going on the parking and asking around might be a better option. Eventually found a car that brought me almost at my destination so it paid off I guess―Swagg
