Note: we just planned to start hitchiking, when a guy already stood and gave us a ride all the way to Miskolc. Pretty easy, getting a ride in 1 minute:-) THere's a green grass here where we stood. Nice ppoint, easy to access by public transport.

It's really difficult to find any non-Hungarian car. But at least you can try to write the 'Vác' sign and, when the driver will take you, just ask him to leave you here: http://hitchwiki.org/maps/?place=13881―Prz

Good place. You can also take bus 5. I was taking it from Ferenciek tere. I can't remember the bus stop, but might be Rákospatak utca. I got there a little late, around 5:30PM. I had a sign, written Nyíregyháza on it. Around 6PM a guy stopped and he was going to Eger, which is half way, He was really nice and took me to the petrol station just before turning to the direction of Eger. From there I easily got a ride to the petrol station at Polgár and with a third car I got to Nyíregyháza. I had a really cool experience, all the drivers were interesting and good people. And it took me about 2,5 hours. Pretty good.―Anonymous

I came here with troleybus wich is going from the station in front of the Sinagogue from the centre (troleybus no 74). name of the bus station where I get off is Sarret park.. I crossed a park and some buildings (on the left) and even I don't cross the street and show my Miskolc sign, some driver asked me If I want to go to Miskolc. :) waiting experience: 0 min.. good luck ;)―Deny

Got there on a Friday at 2:00pm. I've waited 45mn in front of the petrol station, and I eventually got a direct ride to Miskolc (with a free beer, weeheee!) :)―Nico
