Most truck traffic stopped here is going all the way to Italy via Slovenia. Not good if you are trying to go to Croatia.―Trewge

We (2 persons) were going to Zagreb and ok it's not a good spot for this direction but we were picked by a young, very nice truck driver (cement truck) so maybe you can have the chance to be picked by him, he does hungary/zagreb every day :)―Anonymous

This is a Shell pump so not many cars stop here (expensive). However, I did find a truck that took me to Ljubljana, Slovenia, after just 30 minutes.―Anonymous

after an unlucky day where i walked like 7 hours from near zalaegerszag a man with his truck left me here to hitchike direction budapest in this roundabout i waited like 20 minutes and i was picked up by a married couple ... this roundabout it's quiet big and there's enough space to stop without problems―Anonymous

after getting dropped at the roundabout we started walking towards the shade and towards the water, after 7 min we got picked up and taken to Fonyód, not so much traffic so cars can stop to pick you up―Anonymous

February 14, 2023. Not exactly high season for hitchhiking, and we started from Budapest late in the afternoon. So for us (2), this spot was a bit risky, we were afraid that we would have to spend the night there. Eventually we went up to a person and asked if he could take us and he said yes. I imagine this station has more traffic in the summer during the day.―szrekazs
