For the first 30 minutes we have waited at a roundabout closer to the M7 highway entrance. Then we changed to this spot, there is a crossroad so the people take more attention to the pedestrians, there is also a lot of space for the cars to stop at a bus stop.―Michal

At the gas station we met 2 pairs of hitchhikers, so there were 6 hitchhikers in total. We stopped a guy in less than 5 minutes. My friends was still finishing his sign 😂. We put Balaton as our final destination, the guy could only take us halfway. Good spot, almost all the cars end up on the highway.―Michal

Lot of traffic, cars going slow there. You can stand directly next to the toll booths and there is shade, which is a big plus in summer. We were 2 guys and used Hungary sign―simsvob
