Hitchhicking in Italy has to be done face to face, always try to go to petrol station and ask in Italian. This spots has a lot of cars and trucks going to every direction north. We got a ride with a greek lorry driver You can get here from Vilanova (free shutle bus from Ostuni).―Anonymous
