Noce spot, car can stop and you can go in pretty much all directions from here. Beware Bolognesi are not big fans of hitchhikers but somebody will eventually stop; I wanted to go to venice/padua, wrote a sign with padova/ ferrara A13 and it helped.―Tomtom

Waited at the exit of the station, with a sign Venezia/Padova. I had a lift to Ferrera, but the guy used the national road, not the motorway. If you want to go fast, ask the people if they are going through the autostrada or not, and there is a autogrill between Bologna and Ferrera where you can hitchike.―Manon
