This struck me as the most obvious spot to catch a lift away from the airport after walking out of the arrivals terminal. I did catch a lift after some 20 minutes, but those were spent anxiously expecting the cops to pull up and dump some shit on me. Just before the highway sign and just after a bend. There must be a better spot somewhere around.―Anonymous

The train station has ticket barriers, so "just jump on" is bad advice.The tickets are €8, but if you can walk/hitch/Take a bus to the station further down the line it falls to €2.

Great spot, just before the pedestrian crossing. Afternoon shade, plenty of space for cars to pull over, and there's a stop sign and a pedestrian crossing right after it so people are going very slow, plenty of time to engage with your potential driver.―Anonymous
