We were stopping there with multiple huge signs (slovenia, austria, airport)People passing be were interested and slow down to read the signs (we were creating a small traffic gem)
The first guy who stoped was going to austria but didn't have enough space for both of us.
After another 3h a guy from germany took as to the airport.
The spot is propably as good as it gets around here.

The spot seems quite good, slowly moving cars and a good amount of them.―Anonymous

Unfortunate and bad at the same time. We walked ( 2 guys) from Mestre/Venice to get a ride to Udine/Palmanova. When we arrived 1 cars was freshly robbed! Police came told us that we cant stop cars. For about 2 hours we waited till the police left. Then we tried to asked drivers on the petrol station but the staff told us that we can do it only next to the entrance ir near to the shop next to the petrol station. So we devided one took a sign and went to the exit to take cars from petrol station and one tried to ask people that went to the shop. so after 3,5 hours we got a ride to better place, however from that place most of the cars to Venice and not to Palmanova/Udine. If you can, avoid this petrol station. It had bit sketchy vibe + most of the poeple werent very nice/ lot of city locals. Altought it wasnt very good place to stop, there are plenty of truck drivers, if you going alone, try your luck!―Anonymous

S tier gas station you can shower for free. Other than that expensive but you can charge your things free drinking water in the bathroom. We got lucky and found a Czech guy going our way (we are also czech) so he took us but if he didn’t it would prolly take a bit longer CZU it was later as well.
We were tryna get to Venice but not many ppl were going there surprisingly.

Asked around and got a ride from a very nice local going to Udina. He took us to the other station near Udine (Palmanova) at the highway intersecting direction Slovenia-Austria. He went and asked other italian people for 5 mins to pick us up next. Very funny guy. The gas station is filled with locals so you have to asked around and be ready to wait a bit.―Jachymulus

Many Cars. That is great. It is a little bit sunny, but you won't stay longer at the place, because they will stop soon.―SuperFreaky

This gas station needs some more love! Took me 1,5hrs for a ride to Udine, not bad I guess.Quite some foreign trucks too. Refused a ride to Treviso.

we tried to ask buses :-D but than we asked cars and an old couple took us near udine to a big gas station, which was better for us to slovenia! The people are here mostly locals! so try to ask them and try to get a ride to other spots towards nord with more cars/trucks and without locals :-D―Nyufff

In this exact spot, I don’t think the cars can stop, but around 100 meters before, I found a better spot.―Anonymous

We were just writing our sign, when a friendly truck driver asked where we wanted to go and got us a ride to Verona. 2 people, half written sign at about 11am on a wednesday.―RoSi
