Towards Telšiai, stood here after the speedbump, but maybe the speeds were too slow(?) since nobody picked me up within 40 or so minutes, so I started to walk down the road and about 400 meters later got picked up, lots of locals, but this is the short way from Mažeikiai to Telšiai―estohiker
