Hitchhiked with another hitchhiker.Went to ask drivers at Pemex. Very quick, Manuel offered me picking us up, as he knew us.
Apparently, people in Baja talk and as he works on the road, he probably saw us multiple times and heard about these two travelers. Nice man with good sense of humor.
Dropped us in El Rosario where we were strongly recommended to spend the night, as for the next 4 hours of the road, there is nothing.
(Samuel, the pastor at Iglesia del Nazareno could host you for one night.)

Hitchhiked with another hitchhiker.Small city with not much, the only gas station is abandoned. We stayed by the road there as we would be seen from far & more than enough place for drivers to stop.
We got picked up by a single man, who seemed nice, but my feminine partner got uncomfortable at some point by his questions&looks in the rearview mirror.
Made a sign saying "Un Poco Mas Allá" but didn't seem effective.
