Good place to go south. Had a sign with Arnhem on it and eventually wanted to go to Köln. Pretty quickly got picked up by a guy who actually drove further and dropped us of at the german border because he worked there.

Medium spot. On daytime quite some traffic. Cars from the right side passing by quite quickly. Took about 20 min for someone (going another direction) to stop to tell me that its not the perfect spot to get people going to Amsterdam. But after 30 min a former hitchhiker picked me up. He went an extra detour for me to drop me at the gas station "The Schaars" on A12 which he knew was a good spot. From there just one car to Amsterdam.

There's a bus stop on the onramp. I being a sunday meant not to much traffic so my driver could make a late decision and reverse back onto the bus lane. On week days this place might be a bit harder to get out of. I would still try though.

Expected more from this place. Maybey I should have used a sign. Stood in the berm before the gas station to give people time to react. Declined 4 rides going only to Groenlo before taking one there anyway. There I only waited 2minutes so should have doen that right away.

Stood in from of some houses. Pretty bad. Best you can hope for is a driver that understands they have to go on the parallel road at the next turn and go bad to you. Or like my driver, see you when they go the wrong way, and remember you when they drive the other way.
