Ramp n° 13 direction Antwerp, waiting time 10 minutes on a thursday sunny afternoon. Had a sign and was picked up by a couple. Offered me food and cigarettes. Dropped me off at Justice Palace. From there you can walk or use public transport to the centre of Antwerp.―Anonymous
