Took us a bit to get a ride. Unfortunately I lost something so we had to skip this ride. They could take us until the next gas station

Came here as part of a race and even with 3 other teams being here we got a ride within an hour.

Found almost no car going towards the german border but to Arnhem

One of us was asking at the gas station without luck, I was standing before the bend, looking for cars coming from the traffic lights. A nice lady stopped for us but said that I wasn't very visible, so be mindful of the trees and stand a bit closer to the traffic lights so cars can spot you better.

Lots of nice people, most were just not going our way (zwolle/apeldoorn) or they were full. Its busy! Even spotted some other hitchhikers

Official hitch hiking spot. Many cars ignore you. Took 90 minutes to get a lift to Amersfoort.

A lot of cars. But took me over 3 hours with Amsterdam sign to get a ride to Amersfoort at least.

Not to much traffic but works good. If you don't get any lift from here there is good spot for camping behind the three's north of truck parking on that station right next to something that during colder weather is a river I think

I got send away by Rijkswater staat guy from the onramp hard shoulder within 5 minutes. Walked back to roundabout just before the highway sign; there is a grass shoulder next to the road, not ideal but good enough to stop. Used sign Amersfoort.

Police send me away within 5 minutes. Not allowed to stand on hard shoulder on on-ramp he said

Hard shoulder next to on ramp. Cars see you last minute because of bended road. Worked anyway.

This is the official hitch hike spot (sign on pole). Space for cars to stop. Lots of traffic. Always good to get direction east. I used sign Amersfoort.
