Not the best spot, but not the worst either, got a ride to rotterdam in abour 15 minutes, I probably got lucky tho, cause the Woman that took me is going to Breda and to rotterdam afterwards, dont know how many people go to rotterdam directly, but there is food and drinks, which is a huge plus if you have to wait longer than I had to.―Joshiontour

I actually preferred this spot over the restaurant parking lots nearby.When I was there, the parking lots were pretty empty but there was traffic on the road. There is a bus stop where cars can easily pull over right before the highway to different directions. Had a sign that said Leiden, my ride would only have gone to Alphen but ended up taking me the whole way to Leiden Central Station. Surprisingly good spot. Even though it was already 9pm.
