got a ride to bielsko-biała late in the evening, so it might be a pretty good spot, for us it was better than asking around in mcdonald's because we did it for more than an hour and all of the people were locals

Yup, You can go from here to the way to Cracov, but for me Krakowska street is just tiring, and I prefer to go by Przegibek, Straconka, I did this spot, You can read description, just turn map down and right;))

It took us (2 boys) around 10mins to catch a ride towards Czechowice-Dziedzice (10km northwards).

There's a parking nearby the train station and a gas station about 50m to the north. There's also a bus station nearby gas station so you can wave your finger around as cars do not go very fast here, but I think that the best option is asking people on the gas station.
