We had a good time there. It was not a dangerous place. We stood in the end of bus station. We had a sign Olsztyn and there were two of us (male and female). Buses are not a problem there. We recommend this place even though we spent a lot of time in one place.―Fína

Pretty good spot for those going in direction of Mlawa and Warszawa (Warsaw). There is a patrol station over here, and basically this is the last place you can hitch from Olsztyn. To get here you can take the bus from the city centre, cant recall the number though. Ask the driver for "Sloneczna, Kortowo", he should take you here.Estimated waiting time: 30 mins.

The two of us ( a girl and a boy) were trying to catch a hike here to Biskupiec, waited for some 1,5h, nobody stopped. Not sure if we were unlucky or this is a bad spot. We were standing with the thumb at the foot of the hill, cars were getting the speed and passing us by.―Anonymous

A very good point direction Warsaw, take bus no. 15 to Stary Dwor from Wysoka Brama (the very centre) to the last stop and walk 20 m down the road. You can ask people at the petrol station or stand at the road at the corner (there is a place to stop for the car next to a small house). I waited 2 minutes!―MTur

A good spot towards Warsaw. There is a petrol station here and enough place to stop before it.To get here, you can take the bus number 22 or 3 from the main Train Station or 9 from the centre (near the City Hall). Get off the bust 3 and 22 at the last stop and walk west downhill, until you reach the road to Warsaw.
From the bus 9 you need to get off at the first bus stop on Dybowskiego called Uniwersytet-Centrum Konferencyjne and walk for about 10 minutes along the road to Warsaw.

take bus nr 13 to "Zatoka Miła"Lots of place to hitch direction Torun, Poznan even Gdasnk. Cars are driving quite quickly. The worst thing are brokers, who are staying in this place every sunday morning and waiting for a people going to the car exchange. Sometimes You can wait for a ride 20sec and from the other hand more than 2h.

Zatoczka autobusowa, dobrze widoczna.Dojazd autobusem nr 7 przystanek Kudypy-Arbretum Leśne. Nie każdy kurs tam dojeżdża więc warto się upewnić, że autobus jedzie na pętle Łupstych.
