PL to UA - It isn't crowdy (on the border - we got a ride from border police from Ustrzyki to the crossing), but the sixth car going to Sambor took us - driver did not want any money from us (but from other passengers - yes).―Anonymous

All of the waiting vans and cars were full, so I tried to stop passing cars with my passport visibly in my left hand. After 2h a car stopped and took me over the border. Later, I payed him my last 10 Zloty, but he organized me a free bus ride into Lviv.―Ans

It took a boy and girl about 15min to get a 15km lift to Terka in August (they say there's very little traffic in the region in all the year except July and August)―Anonymous

You arent allowed to cross the border by foot (only possible in Medyka). No trucks here. If you are stranded here, try to stop a car passing the queue of waiting vans and cars - they usually do not have to declare anything and will be much faster over the border. Careful, some of them are speeding quite high.―Anonymous
