Spot doesn't seems to be great but works quite well. There isn't any space for stopping a car from road on the station entrence, only those that are leaving the station can do that but right behind you there is space in which they can stop and that's exactly what have happened in my situation―Autostopeks

I stood here for 20 minutes while a car was standing at the place to stop, then I went into the small shop, got myself a hot dog, went back to hitching, and got a ride immediately. I got a ride all the way to the border with a chill guy. There is a spot to pull over, and cars are pretty slow. But I think you might be better off hitching closer to the city.―martih

We were two hitchhikers with a Bucharest sign, we took bus 11 to go to the border. Be careful there are not many 11 buses in Ruce ! We took the one leaving at 13:00 from Pantheon. After 10-15mn, a couple stopped and took us all the way to Bucharest. The cars were very slow and we saw many Romanian cars so it must be a very good stop. I took the tram from the city centre and walked 100m to the roundabout. Enough space to stop and cars go slow. It took less than 5 minutes (with sign Ruse and Türkiye) to catch a ride. A very nice and old man took me to right to the border. He drove like crazy and did not want any money.―GermanyToIndia

Got a lift to Ploiesti thanks Drago. Way more plate with PH (Ploiesti) and BV (Brasov). IMO better option than the marks before. People care more about you in this case station. Get ready because it's hard to get out of Bucarest lol. We waited +2 hours in the bus station Gara Baneasa.―cavalierrustique

Waited there half hour, pointless. Cars from Bucarest or the periphery. Even going to Ploiesti you won't find a lot of cars going there. Better to take the bus to the airport!! Way easier especially for Ploiesti, can bé lucky for Brašov top. Actually someone was going there but asked for money like often in Romania.―cavalierrustique

Mi provis iom da tempo sub la unua ponto, ĉar estas sufiĉe da spaco por halti, ĉar mi estis tro mallaborema por marŝi. Post la lasta enirejo direkton BG, vi havas duoblan ŝancon. Estas loko por halti meze de la trafikcirklo. Ne multe poste pro la densa trafiko kaj ĝia premo. Observante la vojon, mi kredas, ke multe pli bona opcio estus bushaltejo en aŭ post la lasta trafikcirklo post la 1-a de decembro. Estas buso, kiu iras tien; mi supozas, ke ĝi estas la 265.
