Got a lift to Ploiesti thanks Drago. Way more plate with PH (Ploiesti) and BV (Brasov). IMO better option than the marks before. People care more about you in this case station. Waited there half hour, pointless. Cars from Bucarest or the periphery. Even going to Ploiesti you won't find a lot of cars going there. Better to take the bus to the airport!! Way easier especially for Ploiesti, can bé lucky for Brašov top. Actually someone was going there but asked for money like often in Romania.―cavalierrustique

I thought this would be a good spot, but, to be honest, it wasn't. I spent nearly two hours here to get from here to Pitesti. I tried traditional hitchhiking and asking around at nearby McDonald's, but neither worked very well. You might be luckier than I; it was morning.―martih

from all the country this i think is the hardest route to hitchhike (bucharest-ploiesti). this i think is the best place but, the trucks don't usually stop here and the drivers from Bucharest just past by. you will find eventually.―Despdfr
