Very small traffic south and almost no one stops but at least police and tool station workers don't care that you are here. Standing on second ramp for Belgrade directions will work much better as they are much more cars going there, I even saw a guy hitchhiking there and he got a lift MUCH faster than me―Autostopeks

Pay-toll station close to Pozarevac is the very good place to get a ride either south (Nis etc.) or north (Belgrade etc.) as there are lots of traffic coming from Djerdap region.―Anonymous
