Parking next to cementery - towards Trenta
A lot of turists (especially German and Austrian) take this road so it's easy to catch somebody. They're willing to take you at least for few kilometers.

We wanted to hitchhike from Breginj to Rovic. It was harder than expected because there is very little cars passing and slowenians were not very into taking us. In the end a german family took us down to the river and we walked along it ro the bigger street for one hour. Quite a nice walk though
