Waited 10 min for a ride to ljubljana with an LJ sign on a saturday at 8am. There is a good space for people to stop at the bus stop.―HHg

This place is also awesome to get to any point of north italy like Venice or Milano cuz all transit traffic goes through here.―Anonymous

Except some fancy italian cars stopping just to take photos at the signal with "Slovenia" written on it (really happened), the place is optimal to reach Ljubljana.―Anonymous

Its senseless to try to go to Udine from here... I tried for hours but everyone is going different directions. So I decided to reqch Austria the other way and got a ride to Bled in 5 minutes.―Emanuele19956

There are lots of cars stopping at this petrol station just to refuel and then head back to Italy; I found it senseless trying to get rides from here towards LJ. To go towards LJ the best is to walk on the road parallel with the highway about 1 km until the highway entrance is reached and hitchhike from there.―* ADRIANO *

I don't think Niklav's idea is a really good one: we did it and waited for 2h30 under the rain (1st May but still) ... It is maybe a better idea to go to the other point on the map, just after the border.―Cilael
