I managed to get a ride from the stop sign, where this spot is located, but I believe asking around the gas station may be more efficient. I got my ride in the morning and during that time the station was kinda empty. I managed to get a ride to Alcalá, which I still found helpful. (Sign: "Granada, Alcalá")

I hitchhiked until evening in this spot. There is a restaurant with many people around (mostly local traffic though, and mostly heading direction Baena from the restaurant). But yeah, there is a slim sidewalk you can try to hitchhike at using a sign (I had "Granada" later added "Alcalá" too). The traffic going on the main road is relatively fast, but they can also notice you from afar.

I think it's worth taking a short ride to the gasolinera before Alcaduete where I ended up, or trying to go to Jaén and then down (if you are heading to Granada). It's for sure not easy to hitchhike here in Andalucia.

The spot is okay, maybe if you are trying to get further to Granada, try to get to the next exit of Baena, as I felt that cars that were passing me were going only there. Sign: "Granada"

A spot on the main road connecting Córdoba with Granada. Some local traffic. I got taken to Baena, so not that far. Sign: "Granada" (and in small text also "en dirrección a Baena/Alcalá")

I got a ride while walking to this spot. Had a sign saying Granada. While it was quite empty petrol station, I think this is the nest way of going from Córdoba to Granada. If you are okay with getting several shorter rides. I found it easier than going on the highway where the people tend to stop for you less.
