Sunday, 2 girls with cartoon "Murcia". During 15 minutes of standing there there've gone only 3 cars! Fortunately the 3rd gave us a lift to Vera.

If you are two or more people rather bad, because its mostly trucks that passing by and they can just take on passanger. if you stay at the beach its better to follow the coastline to Mojacar/Vera and enter the highway there.

Hitchhiked here on January and almost no cars getting into the motorway to the North. There is 2 big gas stations on both side but if you are going to North I would suggest you to hitchhike where car from Almeria get into the motorway with a cartoon "Murcia". Waited 3 hours to get a lift for 40km, and 6hours to get Murcia. After Murcia it is much easier so one possibility would be to take a bus to Murcia from Almeria.

This is not really good. Your regular spanish not good at all but you could be really lucky and get a ride to murcia or almeria in the other direction. Just don't go to Nijar because it's worse.

Grosse station service où il est facile de se poster à la sortie du parking. Il y a des voitures et des camions. Ça n’a pas bien marché car je n’avais pas de panneau en arrivant, mais le caissier très gentil m’a donné un carton.

Great spot on the ramp going straight onto A7. There is a long line of visibility after a roundabout, a broad shoulder for cars to pullover, and decent traffic. I got a ride by a guy from morrocco in 10 minutes with a “Almeria” sign.

He drove me to a roundabout near Nijar, where i continued hitchhiking.
