I waited at this D350/400 intersection (westbound). It's a great spot since both the left-turning cars from D400 and the cars from D350 need to wait at a traffic light. I waited for 5min before a Izmir-bound motorcyclist picked me up and took me to Fethiye―GloriaF

Headed toward Fethiye, thumbed here for 5min before a Turkish couple heading to Ankara picked me up. They dropped me off at the D400/350 split-off. This is a good spot for getting a ride westward, as there's a huge shoulder, cars coming out of Kaş slow down at a stop sign, and those on D400 can see you from afar―GloriaF
