Took us a long, long time to get to Edinburgh from here, but a lot of people seem to be going to Manchester. Another upside is that you can cross the motorway from here. Also, you can easily camp just behind the bushed on the west side.―Anonymous

Spot is next to the M1 and there is a hotel nearby to freshen up. But there is a lot of local traffic. Going south, the cars were in the inner lane. I got lucky, and don't think my experience would reflect how challenging it normally would be.―SebUltimate
