The only wide pull-off to get down the A429 (cotswolds). Folk not as friendly as in Scotland, but you should be able to get a ride here.―Anonymous

Got dropped off here begin of April. Got another ride at 3pm within 5min with my sign saying "M6 North". Waited after the petrol station. But you can even ask people at parking area.Bridge gives you even the oportunity to go to M1 if you want to hitchhike north.

Still a very good spot. Caught a ride to Manchester at 2am after about an hour's wait after I had already caught a ride here at 9pm -- unfortunately the truck driver gave me bad info on where he was going, fortunately he passed by here again three hours later to bring me back...―Zenit
