I HH here to Harrisburg (about 1-1.5 hours ride).It is possible for the cars to stop on the on ramp to pick you up.
How to get here?
It is a bit tricky I was partly HH and walking from the Allentwon Greyhound bus terminal. Takes some time but the spot is good. Trafic is not too much but cares are not very fast since there is a redlight nearby to slow them down

Direction: Westbound on 22 towards allentownSpot about 300m away from the light, cars will go by slowly here and theres a non traffic lane for cars to pull over. Got picked up in 10 minutes. Cheers!

Decent spot. Took about two hours to find a ride. Police drove by a few times but didn't bother me. Hitching in PA is against the law but seems to be rarely enforced. Another driver gave me $20 too before I found my ride.―spamontherails
