Got kicked out of the closest Maverik gas station in less than a minute by an employee.The on-ramp was perfect, but highway patrol pulled over after 10-15'. Apparently, they got called I was getting in front of vehicles (I was not).
They seem bothered bc they had to ask me to leave and couldn't offer me any alternative to keep going. I went on the road before the traffic light. They said nothing bc it was out of their jurisdiction. Got a ride soon after that from Verona, a retired woman heading to ID to play the lottery.
Lots of smiling and waving hands.
