Hitched right across the intersection from two state troopers directing traffic, they had no problem with me. Lots of traffic from the outlet mall, mostly going south but got a ride to New Paltz in under an hour,―Anonymous

Pretty bad spot altogether. Felt weird about trying to hitch up I-87 with the tollway situation so we tried 9W. Got picked up by a couple of girls who were headed up I-87 anyways and took us to New Paltz. Ended up jamming a little bit and walking around town.―Mossythemuse
