Hitching out of inner-city Detroit can be kind of rough, but this spot gets lots of medium-distance traffic from students and workers at the university. Safe during the day, but I'm not sure I'd walk around by myself with a pack here after dark.―Anonymous

not a good spot to get on i-75, nowhere for ppl to stop. eventually got a ride to detroit by going to one of the red lights way down the street but it sucked.―swamp
