Got a ride from a young man going to work in Jacksonville. Nonetheless, he drove me the most west he could, taking even the risk to arrive late to his shift.
He told me about the dreadful work conditions and management in a poultry farming factory.

Lots of panhandlers and old grizzly dudes around here, so the folks don't take too kindly to roadside peoples. Also got hassled by the cops, but it started raining, all the other dudes went into hiding and I got a ride shortly thereafter.―Anonymous
