HH to harrisburg.The place was not too good since it was already on a speedway (two lanes). Eventually after 40 mins and right before a big shower rain a police car picked me up. The officer was nice and took me a good piece of the way to Harrisburg.
(In case police car comes dont run away to not provoke suspicion and just ask for a right playing as if it was the most normal thing to do. Worked here.

I HH to Harrisburgtook me some 30 minutes to get picked up since traffic is not too heavy on this onramp.

Decent spot. Took about two hours to find a ride. Police drove by a few times but didn't bother me. Hitching in PA is against the law but seems to be rarely enforced. Another driver gave me $20 too before I found my ride.―spamontherails

A kind driver named Andrew pulled over when he saw my sign for I78-West Harrisburg. I was flying my sign at the intersection.He wasn't able to get me all of the way there, but got me close enough to get another ride.
