Might have more chance at the previous ramp (Golden Gate Parkway)
A VTC driver going back to Miami picked me up, telling me she was going through this road multiple times a day.
Got offered Fuji Water and listening to her daughter's music, an upcoming famous singer in Brazil!

Not entirely sure about drop off point. Waited a long time thumming on entrance ramp, no rides. Also no luck asking at gas stations. Finaly was dumb and started walking down interstate at 2am. Eventualy did get picked up by a trucker.―DanielB
