I’ve never before in my life waited 6 hours without anyone even stopping. I figured it was a good spot since there is a wide shoulder and a lot of traffic. They told me hitching in VT was easy hahaha―Anonymous

Not easy for cars to pull over. Next time I might try at the gas station up the street―Anonymous

Tried this spot as it was recommended by the wiki. Extremely difficult to hitch to this spot, I ended up walking there from white river downtown (1 h ish) Spent two hours, got nothing, ended up spending the night rough camping. Tried for an hour the next morning, ended up just walking back to white river and getting a hitch pretty quickly from downtown. I learned a lesson- take the wikis word with a grain of salt.―Anonymous
