Eventually found a Belgien car driving to Ghent, the guy let us stay in his cousin's apartment overnight then took us the rest of the way the next morning.―Wienerpolser

Fairly good spot but not so good for the car to stop. People had great smiles and were indicating that they were locals and not going to the gas station at Leuven…..a man took us later in the evening to the next big gas station on the E40 highway…….otherwise we (me, my girlfriend and our dog) could stand there hours and hours with so many good smiles and reactions from people!―NTKtriohitch
