“We were in a group of 3 and we got a lift for 2 after only 5 minutes there. The unlucky left one - myself - had to wait for 3 hours until another opportunity came. In this meantime I talked with more than 30 drivers and they were ALL taking the M7.”

“Used this petrol station twice in the direction of Ljubljana and Vienna. It was successful both times within 30 mins. Make a sign and approach parked drivers too. [My Blog Post](http://www.hobospirit.com/?p=38)”

“Gave up after almost 2 hours. The place looks good, but somehow no one stops.”

“Be careful here-- the OMV store employees are not hitchhiker friendly. One actually came out to me, grabbed the cardboard sign and tore it up. When I didnt understand his gibberish, he dragged another employee out with him to yell ˝Police!˝at me. Suggestion, stand outside the yellow-black striped concrete barricades where cars frequently bypass the fueling area to the highwaz on ramp.”

“asking is better than thumbing, waited 27min on a Sat afternoon, though the lift was only to Gas-Station Velence”

“The petrol station Agip is really good for hitchhiking direction to the raod M7 (Balaton) but not good at all for hitchhiking direction to M1 (Bratislava), at least during summer. There are no trucks and a lot of people coming just to McDonald.”
― Iluze, 2013-08-14 · Budaörs
“I spent 20 minutes waiting there. During summer most people take the M7 towards Balaton, so I was quite lucky to find a ride to Vienna.”
― Vincentd, 2012-07-30 · Budaörs
“Hitched from here Wednesday morning at 7. Waited less than 10 min, asked people. Got a lift onto M1 rest stop Tata (also very good). Early morning some people going to work will stop there.”
