“This place is probably your best chance to leave Zagreb in direction of Hungary. We waited for 1 hour, but eventually one guy stopped and took us to Varaždin. “quite good spot to catch a hitchhike to Hungary/Budapest, we were very lucky and some polish people gave us a ride straight to Budapest (we are also polish), but our friends that we left there hadn't so much luck and they were waiting there for someone to take them for 2hrs and they didnt even cross the border with that hitchhike so it depends”
