We got here at 7pm, tried to hitchhike further but nobody stoped, so we had to sleep in a forest nearby. The other day a kind Slovenian women took us to Zagreb. But overall not a good spot. People make you feel invisible

Very huge traffic lot's of cars. First asked driver in the parking lot was heading towards Vienna center. Hard to get from the city center.

Good place for locals to pick you up and take you through villages to place, where then you can easily access highway gas station.

Low traffic, but we got super lucky, kind Croatian man took us all the way to Zagreb.

Quite a bit of traffic, but also lots of people returning from holiday with full cars. Lots of people seemed to be going to the border.

Was hardly any traffic going up, we took transport to nearest petrol station on the motorway and found more success there.

There was not much all that much traffic, but with patience you can get a ride.

The Place in theory is great, the only problem is the people coming here, literally no one stopped, if they stopped it was just to show you the finger or to try to hit you with their cars. I tried with different signs (Maribor, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Budapest, Wien, Graz) and no one was going anywhere apparently. Multiple Italians coming by, I asked them as well and the majority of them told me that they would've picked me up if I was a pretty woman. I've never had such a bad experience hitchhiking

Not a good spot. Asked around but people were not having it.

Waited around 40 minutes without any cars stopping. Switched spot but ended up coming back to try again and got picked up after ten minutes all the way to split. We stood after the toll booth bc there is a lot of space to pull over but many cars are just speeding up right after the toll booths.

We waited cca 8-11 on a Saturday morning but there where only locals from Zagreb. We asked around and had a sign, we tried standing next to the highway too. Ultimately we decided to walk to another gas station 15 km from there (45.7500547N, 16.3010861E) by nearby roads (not along th highway) - fortunately a driver took us a part of the way

Many cars coming from the roundabout, they can only go towards south (Ljubljana, etc) there is also space for cars to stop a few meters down.

To the border to bosnia but we change location next to the petrol station

Had a sign for Zagreb and got a ride pretty easily considering most of the traffic was probably commuters.

Thumbing and sign didn’t work as cars are going too fast. I had to ask around and someone with a BIH licence plate eventually took me all the way to Banja Luka.
