Best way to leave montpellier direction north / east. Take the train at Saint Roch direction Nimes, it's only 7 min and no control, end at "Baillargues" and then walk for 10min. You can easly have a lift, did it several times (takes between 15 and 45min) to the closest station ("ambrussum sud") just 15min away and then you're on the highway to paradise ;)―erbadagram

Me, my LOVE and our dog were here for quite a long time and were prepared to sleep in the Forrest for the night. However at the most unexpected time a car stopped and took us to La Junquera even though we had a sign with Perpignan. But since on the way and our destination is Portugal we took it! Good place, next to parking, cars going slow and have space to stop. Lot of cars going to Marseille direction or Montpellier. One guy took us (2) from here to toll behind Montpellier, which wasn’t the best idea, because of legality and cars start going there faster. So we jumped the fence and found another place where it was much more safer and comfy. Try to stay on highway if you go long distances and petrol stations as well. Had a sign Montpellier―TwoThumbsTravel

super spot pour palavas depuis montpellier!on a tenté ce spot à deux (HF) en janvier un aprem et ça a super bien marché !!!
