After 15 minutes someone came by on foot with a plastic water bottle filled with Rakja and offered me a shot, and 15 minutes after that somebody stopped and brought me to Shkodër. Good spot over all. I left slightly more drunk than I anticipated.―Kartenhouse

Likely you will be asked for money by some drivers or tourists mini buses, but it's also possible to hitchhike to Koman. I was taken by camping owner from Koman - Marco, great man. He asked me for coffee and raki in nice place on the way. Since most people here are living off tourism, of course I stayed in a tent at Marco's camping and he charged me for that... 2 euro. I paid normal price in his restaurant at least. So I advise to reject paid transport offers, but if you are taken by someone, it will be good to use their tourist business if they have one.―Anonymous

We wre trying to get to koman lake ferry and were taken by a tour bus ehich was very suprising. But they took as all the way. Not much place to stop but no one cares because the traffic is low and kinda only in one direction in the morning. Everyone is going to the ferry. But mostly its tours and stuff. Not many cars. So if it can be hard to get picked up because tours dont pick up you often.―Anonymous

We were with four people on our way to the beach at Bax riolli. We were dropped of at this roundabout and got a ride in 10 min. The people for the last 5 km to the beach seemed nice but at the end the driver demanded money and got angry. We gave him some cash but it was a bit scary. First time that this happened to me after hitching 5000 km throughout Europe.―WagaforBalkan
