Good spot. Better to wait after the bridge if you are going north. Because people are more willing to stop flat ground. Not much space to stop but its fine because traffic is not big. Sad we didnt go up the scenic route to vlore but we couldnt complain.―Anonymous

Vlore-Sarande: This was one hell of a journey hitchhiking. It's a good road to hitchhike down to Himare. But after that, the traffic dies out to eventually nothing. Had the pleasure of hitching a number of short rides to beautiful places, but eventually left me to walk almost 10 KM until almost sundown. I luckily found a ride about 15 KM's north of Sarande into the city, otherwise I would have been stranded.―Anonymous

It's a shortcut to off the main road, that goes to Albania. A good space to wait.We were told that's the road people take. After 35 minutes we got a ride to Tirana, so it was a good decision to stand there!
